Terms and conditions

We really hope you will be happy with your purchase. If any items do not suit your needs, or if an item appears to be damaged (or otherwise not in a salable condition) when you receive it, please contact us and we'll be happy to help - it may be that physically returning the item is unnecessary under some circumstances.

Any return should be in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt and provided they are in perfect condition we will be happy to offer a refund to the original method of payment, or an exchange. You have the right to cancel your order within this period and can do so by emailing us at enquiries@theliterarygiftcompany.com. We regret that postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please send to Returns Department, The Literary Gift Company, Atlantis House, 122 Castle Hill, Reading, RG1 7RG, United Kingdom. Personalised items which are not faulty in any way cannot be returned.

Any refund will be made back to the original source of payment; this will be done as soon as possible after request.

We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or uncollected parcels. We advise you to obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. In the UK it's free to get proof of posting, just ask at the post office.
