Delivery Information

Delivery within UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Standard delivery is free if you spend over £40, or £3.95 otherwise.

Priority shipping is currently unavailable. 

The vast majority of our orders are now dispatched by Royal Mail.  If your order weighs over 5kg, it may be sent by courier.

Orders placed with standard shipping should arrive within 2-5 working days, though delivery to offshore or remote locations can take a little longer. 

We try our very best to dispatch all orders placed with priority shipping before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day (excluding bank holidays). Priority orders placed after 1pm or on non-business days will be dispatched the next working day.  Please allow an extra day for personalised items.  Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch (please allow an extra day for offshore or remote locations). 

Please note that personalised items are normally sent separately from other items.  Orders placed with priority shipping may be split into more than one delivery to ensure your order reaches you within the above timescale.  If your order has not arrived within 10 days of placing the order, please get in touch.

 

Delivery outside UK - prices depend on the weight of your order

Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK or Channel Islands, you will not be able to checkout automatically on our website.  We are working to resume international shipping from our website to some international destinations and will post an update here as soon as more information is available.  Please see details below for your country.

USA / Canada / Australia / Europe (outside EU)

We are now able to ship to the US, Canada, Australia and some European non-EU countries for items that can be directly shipped from our offices or dropshipped from our wholesaler. We would be able to offer tax free pricing on these items.  Please screenshot your basket or email us with details of what you would like to order, and we can provide a shipping quote and take your order manually.  Please note that US customs currently levy a 10% charge on all products imported to the US and this additional cost will be included with your shipping quote. 

Orders to the USA are sent with all taxes and duties prepaid.  Orders to Canada and Australia and within Europe are sent taxes and duties unpaid, and you may need to pay taxes, duties or handling fees to the carrier when your order is delivered.

EU 

We have suspended shipping to the EU due to changes to customs arrangements which came into force on 1st July 2026.  Small value shipments are no longer exempt from customs duty which considerably increases the cost to EU customers.  We are reviewing these changes and will update customers on this page as soon as we have more information.  

Normal delivery times are:

Europe
Normally within 1-2 weeks. 
USA Normally within 1-2 weeks. 
Rest of World 1-3 weeks depending on location.

Please make sure you check for notifications from the carrier in case you need to provide information to clear your parcel through customs.  If you have not heard from the carrier or received your order within 1 week of dispatch please get in touch so we can investigate.

Please note that shipping costs for international orders  do not include local taxes and charges which may be payable when your order is delivered with the exception of the USA where we are able to send parcels with taxes and duties prepaid.

  • EU customers and customers in some other countries will be responsible for paying VAT or sales tax, at your local rate, when you receive the order. Tax is charged on the value of the order including shipping costs.
  • Customs duties may be charged depending on the regulations in your country.
  • The delivery company may also add additional handling fees when they collect these charges; this is usually between 2-10 euros for EU customers and will vary for other countries.
  • Personalised items are normally dispatched separately from other items in your order. This may increase the charges you pay as there may be handling fees on each parcel.
  • We are happy to provide a copy of the customs documents sent with your parcel if you contact us, but unfortunately we cannot help resolve issues with your own country's customs service as these charges are outside our control. If you believe the taxes or charges have been calculated incorrectly, or want to arrange a refund of charges if your order is not delivered, you will need to raise this with your local customs service.
