This poster shows the classic first edition artwork created by Californian artist Cleonike Damianakes for the 1929 semi-autobiographical novel by Ernest Hemingway.
Hemingway rejected Damianakes' first design, so she removed the more military elements and provided this alternative. Hemingway was still rather dismissive of her work, but we love the combination of classical figures in an Art Deco style.
Why not add one of our brilliant hanging kits? With magnetic clasps securing the frames together, they can easily be switched from one poster to another.
