All roles are based in our Reading Head Office.

Job 1. Customer Service and Admin Assistant

Part-time 9am-2pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

The role includes:

  • Customer service (email and telephone)
  • Communicating with our suppliers
  • Creating stock reports on Excel
  • Boxing and barcoding products

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Word and Excel experience
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy times

 

Job 2. Social Media Assistant

7-10 hours per week (possibility of flexible working during term-time only for a parent/carer)

The role includes:

  • Listening to our fans and customers
  • Create original and engaging social content
  • Write fascinating blog posts
  • Managing PPC adverts
  • Development of our brands
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in order to maximise results

Essential Skills:

  • PPC experience
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Social media experience, ideally for an organisation
