Banned Books Brooch/Pin

Description: did you know that you read illicit literature? All the books featured on the stunning pin have been banned somewhere, at some time. To Kill a Mockingbird was temporarily banned in Minnesota due to word "damn" being used used in the novel (1977). The Color Purple, banned in one school district for being regarded as 'smut'. Also included are Go Ask Alice, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Howl, Annie on My Mind, and Alice in Wonderland (which is banned in China because it assumes animals have the same intelligence as humans!) Also features the panel "I Read Banned Books".
